Dates for 2023
Our Classic Drive & Ride In Days are the biggest events on our calendar and we're delighted to announce the following dates from 2023:
- Spring event - Saturday 1 April
- Autumn event - Saturday 7 October
- Festive event - Boxing Day, Tuesday 26 December
What's all the fuss about?
Three times a year, hundreds of classic cars, motorbikes, trucks and more descend on the museum at Backbarrow. Everyone is welcome and it's a free event that is fun for the whole family.
- Bring your Classic - It's free to join us on the day and we'd love to see you. Every classic gets a space in our outdoor exhibition area, you'll get discount entry to the museum and your vehicle may win a prize on the day. Relax and unwind at the riverside Cafe Ambio or just soak up the atmosphere with the other classic owners.
- No Classic? No Problem - Everyone is welcome on the day and you'll be amazed to see the variety of private cars on display. Browse the many vehicles on display in our outdoor exhibition space, enjoy a brew, take a look around the museum or explore our gift shop.
